It’s hard to write about anything except Palestine now.
The two topics on my agenda now are categorized as Palestine and everything else.
And I’m beginning to feel that the deeply dysfunctional, worse than useless people that we have instead of politicians and journalists, nationally, regionally and locally, are quite happy that most of our activists and indie bloggers are taken up with trying to save at least some lives in Palestine.
Trying, desperately, exhaustingly trying, to save at least some lives in Palestine.

They think they are getting away with it, and they think it leaves them free to carry on wrecking our lives, our services, our environment for their own enrichment.
We have to keep doing both. Talk about Palestine, and talk about the destruction of our lives, our services and our environment.

We aren’t talking to politicians and journalists. We’re trying to reach everyone else, talking to each other, sharing the words that help us explain. We have to keep talking until enough people understand that we have to get rid of the politicians and journalists who are happy to get rich on death and destruction.
