The Freedom Flotilla is on the move, and this time the eyes of the world are on them, and a massive march to Gaza is heading the same way.
This is how it always works – politicians treat the world like a chess board. They plan and action the wars, the occupations, the oppression and the displacement of inconvenient peoples; and sometimes, for a while, they persuade people what they are doing is ‘defence’. But the game’s up regarding Israel / Palestine. Despite the best attempts of the world’s governments, media and profiteers, millions upon millions of people know they are witnessing an illegal occupation that has bloomed into a genocide with the support and finance of most western governments.
Just as the truth broke through about apartheid South Africa, we know now what is happening to the Palestinian people and we are very, very angry.

A month ago, a Freedom Flotilla boat prepared to set out to Gaza but was attacked — in international waters — yet another crime on Israel’s charge-sheet — but this time, because of that attack, the Madleen has set out with millions of witnesses following its progress.
Politicians and their supporting cast of commentators scoff, misunderstanding — presumably deliberately — the significance of each small action in defense of Palestine…

…but this is huge. Now, everyone is watching. If Israel attacks the Madleen, it will be the most widely witnessed crime ever and what’s more, since last month’s attack, politicians in Europe and the US have been progressively losing their nerve. We have held out, and they are beginning to back down. Just last week, the RAF in Cyprus, under the command of the UK’s Keir Starmer and David Lammy, finally halted their participation in Israel’s genocidal actions in Gaza.

Why this is so important
Now, we know the UK forces are there. We know that, if Israel attempts to attack the Madleen, the UK and the US have plenty of military hardware and people in the Med – they could help — they could protect the Madleen — or they could sit tight and exponentially increase the guilt on their heads.
On the other hand, if Israel does not attack the Madleen, a very small number of people and a very small amount of aid, aboard one single boat, will reach Gaza. For those who really don’t understand, this is why that’s huge —
If one little boat can do it, that is the end of the states of the world claiming they can’t do it.

What’s more, around ten thousand people will be arriving at the Rafah border in support. Will the massive UK and US forces in the region protect them, or will they further increase their guilt, and aid Israel’s criminality by allowing all those people to be attacked?

Please save and share that tracker. The greater the number of people following that boat, the more power the action has.
Meanwhile, everywhere…
The chips are down. The people are on the move. Those who aren’t in a position to go to Gaza are marching in every country across the world — regularly, in massive numbers, keeping the pressure on their politicians.

Well done everyone – please share the news with everyone you know, and see you on the streets somewhere, soon.
